Whats Included
A complete BOM skin (Top + Bottom + Head), Ears + Tail and any other parts that you need textured will be textured with a price.I can complete any mod for any body to an extent, if its a body I dont currently have the assets to texture, I will see if I can get ahold of the things I need to and let you know.
I can do feral mods as well. Please feel free to message me about those prices seperatly.
The final quote of your mod will be based completely on the complexity of what you would like to be created into a secondlife mod.
The Run Down**
✦ Once you have payed infull for your mod, If I don't have the UV - PSD of the parts that you would like to be included in your mod, I will ask you to provide those assets for me. Usually, if its head, tails, ears and even wings, the original creator of the product will provide them within the folder that is given to you when you unpack the product, whether it be in the HUD or a link in a notecard. All I would need you to do is send me that link If I do not have them myself.
✦ I will have you rez out your parts on my personal land so that I myself can test out textures and make sure everything looks perfect. With that said, once you rez out your objects I will need you to give me edit rights to your objects.
✦ I will send you wips continuously throughout the process to make sure you are completely satisfied with the purchase you have made.
✦ Once you have approved all the textures and how they look, I will put together a folder that includes your complete BOM skin (top + Bottom + Head) And any other textures that you will need to complete the mod. If you need help putting the mod together, I will make sure that you get all the help you need to put it together. You will also recieve a mod reference sheet (Example above) That consists of a front and back and possible head veiw of your mod.
1. ✦ General Terms ✦
When contacting me, please be crystal clear. Please make sure to submit visual references , if you do not have a reference, please make sure to describe what you want as descriptive as possible.
✧ Visiual aids help immensely when ordering a commission especially when you're wanting a specific pose.
✧ Make sure all the characters that you are wanting me to draw are your characters or you have permission to be getting art of them.
✧ I as the artist am able to decline service to you, therefore, any rude behavior will resolve in a cancellation. In conclusion, please be patient with me and follow the rules and expectations that are here in this terms of service.2. ✦ Payment ✦
✧ To commission me, you must message me via any form of contact that I have provided for you.
✧ After we have discussed said commission and have hashed out all the details of your order, then we will get payment fulfilled.
✧ I accept these forms of paypent: Paypal USD, Venmo USD, Cashapp USD, or Secondlife Linden
All commissions are to paid in fill before I start on your art. I cannot start any commission process unless I am paid beforehand to prevent scams.
✧ I am NOT responsible for conversion fees.
✧ You may pay under "friends and family" OR "goods and services"3. ✦ Process ✦
✧ Depending on your placement on my queue, I will get started on your commission ASAP. [As soon as possible]
✧ Once I have stated I have started on your commission I will always send WIPS of the sketch, you as the commissioner during that process are free and welcome to correct me on markings, accessories, colors, or any other things you deem not right about the drawing.
✧ These wips are sent to you to conform satisfaction before finishing said commission. You are more then welcome to ask for wips when in process of your commission. But please do not constantly ask, I take my time on commissions to assure the utmost quality.
✧ The time to complete your commission rely on the complexity of your commission. Commissions should not take more then a month / 4 weeks to complete and that goes for all of my commission options unless stated otherwise.4. ✦ Customer Satisfaction ✦
✧ The sole purpose in being an commission artist is assuring the satisfaction of my clients. If you are unhappy with anything involving the art you've paid for, please inform me especially before the art is finished. Hence why wips and confirmation is involved before completion.
✧ Once completed and sent to you, I will not be able to return to it and make changes unless it is small details.
✧ Fees will be applied if you wish to change large components of your drawings such as character changes, back rounds, outfits once lineart and color is applied.
✧To avoid fees at all, please have a clear reference/description to start out with.5. ✦ Copyright + Usage Policy ✦I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.Therefore I´m allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to;
Promote myself with in any place or site.
Publish books with.
To display it anywhere to my liking.
Post it wherever I want.The commissioner are allowed to;
Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless agreed otherwise.
Print the art, and claim the right of their character(s) but not the drawing itself.
Use the art to promote themselves with proper credit given to the artist.If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.-The only art from you that you are allowed to resell is adopts /customs that I state are allowed to be resold. But you still cannot claim the art as your own.6. ✦ Cancelling & Refunds ✦
✧ 𝗜 𝗗𝗢 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗜𝗦𝗦𝗨𝗘 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦
✧ Refunds are strictly prohibited unless I am physically unable to complete your commission. It is your duty to speak up if you are unsatisfied with the product from an early stage.
✧ I have the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
✧You have no right to cancel or demand a refund from me under any circumstances after payment are received.
✧If money has not been sent yet the commissioner has the right to cancel the commission.
✧If you file a charge-back against me, your rights to any and all artwork I have done for you will be revoked and you will be blacklisted.7. ✦ Tips ✦
Tips are highly appreciated but are not required.My work days consist of Monday - Friday from 6am to 12am. Saturday & Sunday are my days off, please make sure to take mind of this.
